  • Information, regarding your person, such as: name and surname, Passport data including scans of passport, PESEL – your ID number in Poland, your parent’s names and surname, maiden name, mother’s maiden name, nationality, citizenship,birth date, information, regarding issued visas&residence permits (including their scans), family status (including marriage certificate), presence of children (including their birth certificates), education (including diplomas and other academic certificates) and work experience (including employment record book), height, eye color, distinguishing features, host countries for the last 5 years, information, regarding the presence or absence of legal proceedings;
  • Your contact data: your phone number, email address, account in Telegram messenger;
  • Information and documents, regarding your residence in Poland: your address and rent agreement/documents confirming the ownership of the apartment, information and documents, regarding social insurance in Poland (ZUS), information and documents, regarding tax payment in Poland, all periods of your stay in Poland; information, regarding presence of family members in Poland (their names and surnames, date of birth and degree of relationship), bank account statements (only from Polish banks);
  • Information and documents, regarding your work/business in Poland: employment agreement, contracts with clients, invoices.

Sensitive Information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we may process the following categories of sensitive information:

  • Passport data (including scans of passport);
  • PESEL – your ID number in Poland;
  • Information, regarding issued visas & residence permits (including their scans);
  • Family status (including marriage certificate) and children presence (including birth certificates);
  • Your height, eye color, distinguishing features, nationality, citizenship, birth date;
  • Education (including diplomas and other academic certificates);
  • Work experience (including employment record book);
  • Information, regarding the presence or absence of legal proceedings;
  • Phone number and email address;
  • Your address and rent agreement/documents confirming the ownership of the apartment;

We will only process your sensitive personal data with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We will collect and use this data solely for the purpose of executing our contractual obligations and providing you with our services. We will not use your sensitive personal data for any other purpose without your prior consent. We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your sensitive personal data from unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We will retain your sensitive personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing Google account details. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called How do we handle your social logins? below.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google logins).
